As long as you're in good standing with us you can basically have unlimited transactions! We would love to supply your funding for years to come!

Yes. When you submit your application there is a $197 processing fee due with it.

Yes. We will always be sending updates on active loan cases and if there is something missing from your case or you don't have an answer to a question just call, text or email. We will get back to you before the close of the business day. Or immediately if the need is urgent.

Yes. We can close as fast as you want. The faster you can submit the necessary paperwork the better!

Yes. Both of you will need to be the guarantor of the loan. If there are more than 2 partners, the person starting the initial application with need to own 30% or more of the company.

No, However, the higher your score the better your interest rates will be. We are more concerned with how you are going to pay us back. Do you have a steady job/work that we can use as payment? Do you have another property that we can use as collateral? A savings fund, a retirement fund, etc.?

We would love to extend this service to all 50 states, but unfortunately yes. If you are located in Minnesota, Nevada, South Dakota, Utah, of Vermont you have to find a lending service or a brokering agent within their boarders to receive funding.

It has to be a non=owner occupied property. That also means that family or friends cannot be living in it or planning on living in it. It can be a 1 to 4 unit residential property, under 2800 sqft and be on at least a 1/2 acre of land.
